Almighty Volume Keys: Remapper 3.0

Remap the hardware volume buttons! They can be utilized for more than adjusting volume. Use these keys for various everyday tasks.

For example, using the volume Up button can activate the flashlight, a long press can skip to the next music track, pressing Up twice initiates sound recording, and pressing Down three times mutes the sound. You have the flexibility to customize these commands and actions. Whenever an action is performed, any previous volume adjustments are reset, ensuring no confusion between commands and volume changes.

No need to interact with the touch screen, unlock the device, remove your gloves, or even take your device out of your pocket!

Utilize the volume keys for:

• Turning the flashlight on and off
• Controlling music playback (play/pause/skip/previous track)
• Having the currently playing music announced through a computerized voice
• Switching system language
• Adjusting screen orientation
• Toggling screen auto-rotation
• Setting sound mode (sound/vibrate/mute)
• Enabling and disabling Do Not Disturb mode
• Telling the time via a computerized voice
• Recording audio
• Executing a Tasker task (capable of various actions)

This application offers multiple methods to monitor key presses. To ensure reliable functionality on certain devices, users are requested to grant permission for the AccessibilityService API. Although typically utilized by apps designed for individuals with disabilities, in this case, it serves solely for key press detection.
